Can I get a website without NFC or QR?
Yes. The website is a service on its own. NFC and QR products are physical extras you can add later, or never. Plenty of our pages are reached from a link in a bio or a message.
Can customers order or book directly through WhatsApp?
Yes. A customer builds their order or picks a date and time on your page, then taps once to send it to your WhatsApp as a written message. You reply in the chat exactly as you do now.
Can I collect reviews for waiters, coaches or branches?
Yes. Reviews can be collected for a person, a service or a branch — a waiter, a coach, a captain, a member of staff, or a whole location. Four and five stars are pointed at your Google listing; one to three are kept private in your dashboard.
Can I update my website myself?
Yes. Your dashboard lets you change text, photos, products, links and opening hours, with a live preview beside every change, and publish when you are ready.
Do orders appear inside the dashboard?
No. Orders and bookings are sent directly to WhatsApp and do not appear inside the dashboard. You handle them in the WhatsApp conversation with your customer; the dashboard is for your page, your content and your ratings.
