Cookies
Every cookie we set is on this page. There are two.
Two cookies. That is the whole list.
One remembers the choice you make about the other. There is no third.
Necessary — always active
| Name | __Host-yt_consent |
| What it is for | Remembering your own choice about the analytics cookie, so we do not ask again. |
| What is in it | A version number, one yes/no, a timestamp, and a signature that stops it being altered. No name, no email, no phone, nothing about the page you were looking at. |
| How long | 180 days. |
| Refusing it | Refusing this one is refusing to record your decision. Block cookies for this site and nothing is stored at all — the pages still work. |
Measuring visits — off until you allow it
| Name | __Host-yt_vid |
| What it is for | Letting a business know how many different people opened its page, rather than how many times it was opened. |
| What is in it | A random identifier and a signature. It is not derived from anything about you and cannot be turned back into anything about you. |
| How long | 400 days. |
| When it is set | Only after you allow it. Before that, it is not created. |
| Refusing it | Reject all, or Cookie settings at any time. |
Advertising
We have none, so there is no category for it. No advertising cookie, pixel or profiling tool is set by YalaTap on any page.
Other things kept on your device
Not cookies, and never sent to us: the language you chose, and a part-built order on a tap page so it survives a reload. A business signing in to its dashboard also keeps a session in the tab, which disappears when the tab closes.
Changing your mind
Cookie settings at the foot of any YalaTap page, any time.
If you do nothing
Nothing optional happens. No identifier is created, no visit is counted, and the page works completely — menu, prices, directions, phone, WhatsApp, the review link and the payment details, all of it.
We do not put a wall in front of a page. Somebody standing at a counter should never have to agree to be measured before they can read a menu.
